These products are stitched by hand and often made from antique materials, dating back over the past 100 years, at times the materials may be fragile. All fabrics and trimmings are finely sourced, considered and cleaned when possible. Any fabric imperfections which may have occurred through it's previous life, add to its uniqueness. To be worn with a touch of gentleness and lovingly cared for. Products should be cleaned with thought, spot clean, in some cases delicate hand wash or dry clean. Fabric flowers can be steamed. Product Description
Every effort has been made to ensure product description and photographs are a true representation of the product. However due to the nature of the antique materials, slight variations may occur. Every effort has been made to best describe each item and dated to the best of our knowledge and experience. Due to the nature of vintage, exact dates and flaws can not be guaranteed.

Products will be gift wrapped and securely shipped.

We send our products worldwide. UK shipping cost is £6.95, we will send your purchase via Royal Mail special delivery, overseas postage cost £10.95 sent via Royal Mail using the most secure way depending on your destination. We will dispatch your purchase within 3-5 working days. For overseas delivery's, the buyer is responsible for any tax and custom charges.

We accept payments from all major debit / credit cards and PayPal.

Custom Orders
All custom orders are made by Abbie Walsh, much time, care and thought is put into every piece. Therefore once a quote has been given and accepted, a deposit of 50% is required, final payment due on completion plus p&p and any additional costs incurred during the order. This will be discussed along the way, Abbie is more than happy to work within a budget discussed. If an order is cancelled during the process the 50% deposit will be held to cover time and materials already spent, if the order is postponed, the 50% deposit will be held onto until the order is continued.

Returns & Exchange
We have every confidence in our products, each product is carefully handstitched and one-off. We are happy to exchange items or a credit note. We regret that we cannot offer refunds on our products. We regret we cannot offer exchange or credit notes on any custom orders or personalised neckties. In the unlikely event of products arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 10 working days by contacting info@abbiewalsh.com and we will be happy to offer an alternative or product repaired. Please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of posting from your post office.

You have a statutory right to a cooling off period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 days after the products have been delivered. If you change your mind about the order please return within 7 days of receipt. Products can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the products can be re-sold, in the same condition of which they were sent. You are responsible for paying shipping costs if products are returned for this reason.
